This interactive workshop is intended to help a variety of individuals gain a basic understanding of the ways natural medicine can support selective mutism and anxiety. Attendees will better understand the clinical features of SM and anxiety. They will also grow in their awareness of naturopathic medicine and the foundational pieces that support a calm body and mind.
Who Should Attend?
Individuals with anxiety, parents, caregivers, support personnel, teachers, medical providers, mental health providers.

*Define naturopathic medicine in their own words

12:30 - 12:45 – Q & A from the morning session
2:45 – 1:15 What is naturopathic medicine?
2:15 – 2:30 – The foundational pieces that support a calm physiology
2:30-2:45 – The top five natural supports for anxiety
2:30-2:45 – Supports for acute versus chronic anxiety
2:45 - 3:00 Open Forum for Questions. Completion of course evaluations/surveys
